Can l add to my order once its been placed?

Yes, of course! please email or call 07932 040338 within 12 hours of your order, to add more items. 

Can l order an item for a different address?

Absolutely, simply enter the recipient’s name and address in the delivery section at checkout and we’ll send your order straight to them

Can l delay the delivery of my order?

No problem, please add a note in the notes section when ordering or call or email us.

Can l have a customised order?

Currently, this is not possible

Delivery 

 

Can l track my order?

Absolutely, we use Hermes and your tracking number will be on you shipping confirmation email. Enter your tracking number on their Hermes site

When will l get my order?

All items are handmade and made to order.  Once your items are ready to be sent, you will be emailed, confirming shipping, complete with tracking number. Once you receive this email, your orders will take up to 5 working days.

What if Hermes can't deliver to my address?

Please call or email first before placing the order ro arrange a different shipping provider.

Do you post overseas?

Yes, we post to most worldwide countries, please see our shipping rates and countries we ship to.

 

Do l have to pay customs charges on my overseas order?

As the UK has left the EU, any orders sent outside the UK may be liable for a customs duty charge. Dizzy & Co Designs can not be held liable for these and it is your responsibility to be fully aware of any import charges

What types of payment methods can l use?

We accept all major payment cards, including Visa, Mastecard, AMEX, and Maestro/Switch as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal

Do you see my bank information?

Absolutely not, all information is encrypted end to end and we do not see or retain any information.

What if my card is declined?

If your card is declined, please contact your bank to find out why, try again with another card or use PayPal

What is the Security Code?

This is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit/debit card. If you have an American Express card, it’s a 4-digit number on the front of your card (usually top right). It's also known as the CV2 or CVV number.
