Can I add to my order once it's been placed?

Yes, of course! please email or call within 24 hours of placing your order, quoting your Order Number.  Place a further order with the item you with to receive in addition and l will ship all items together.

Do you do wholesale?

Yes, we do, please contact me for further information on how to purchase in small quantities. We supply small gift shops, galleries and independent jewellery shops.

Do you ship Items abroad?

Yes we do.  All shipping, domestic or international is tracked from beginning to end.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Of course. Simply send the item back with in 14 days (30 International purchase) in its origonal packaging with a copy of a completed Returns /Exchange Form. Earrings can not be exchanged.

Can I order an item to be delivered elsewhere?

Absolutely! You can request this option at check out, giving an alternative address. If its a gift for someone, please make sure this is made clear in the "Notes" section.

Can I track my order?

Every item is tracked and your tracking number will be supplied to you once your order is dispatched.

Will I be liable for customs charges?

Any Custom Charges payable in the destination country must be paid for by the recipient. These are not the responsibility of Dizzy & Co Designs.

Postage & Packing

All domestic and international shipping is tracked and goes through Envri. Purchases over £75 are free

Can I have an customised order?

We can create customised items, although not all have this availability. Colours of beads and lengths can be customised.

When will I get my order?

Each order is despatched as soon as possible, and you will receive an automated email letting you know. After this, and dependant upon any adverse weather conditions and courier capacities, you should receive your order within the UK within 7 days and up to 10 days worldwide. There may be delays at customs within your country.

What types of payments methods can I use?

I accept all major Credit and Debit cards through a secure and encrypted system. I do not see bank or personal information. I also accept PayPal.
